The ARC of Hope provides the following services for women and
children in crisis:
 |
Crisis Intervention - Emergency, immediate
help to find shelter,
explore legal options, etc.
|
 |
24/7 Residential Safe House - Residential
facility for housing women and children in need. Staff onsite 24 hours a
day, every day with full security system.
|
 |
Accountability Session - Encouragement in establishing goals
and in learning new skills (if necessary) and gaining confidence to accomplish
these goals.
|
 |
Support Groups - Support in gaining new parenting skills, discussion
of how/why in
abusive lifestyle, help through difficult time, encouragement to do better in
providing a happy, healthy life.

 |
Life Skills Classes - Classes to gain the tools to live away
from abuse, parenting, household management, budgeting, job training, education/behavioral
needs, help for children, etc.
|
 |
Access to Legal Advocacy - Victims Advocate
will help walk through any legal issues.
|
 |
Emergency Food and Clothing - For those
who have left with nothing, we can help with basic food and clothing needs.
|
 |
Faith-Based Counseling (upon request) -
Individual counseling with local ministers (men/women) that will help deal
with issues from a faith-based perspective.

 |
Access to Professional Counseling -
Individual counseling with local professionals.
|
 |
Referrals to Community Resources (as
needed)
